US Army Veteran. Registered Nurse with more than 20 years of nursing experience. Instructor for ACLS, BLS, NRP, PALS, and STABLE Courses, starting 2006. Nursing Instructor since 2010. Started career as an LPN and continued the educational process (RN, BSN, MSN) while working and raising a family. I prefer teaching in either the simulated or clinical environment. My favorite subjects in school were women's health, emergency services, mental health, and newborn care. I've been blessed to have worked in all of those specialties and more over the past 24 years. I really enjoy seeing students reach their "ah-ha" moment the most.
