I have a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education, I am certified to teach elementary education in Georgia, and I am TESOL certified to teach English to non-native speakers. I am an author of children's books, and I especially enjoy teaching and tutoring young people. Each student I work with has different strengths and challenges, and I customize each session to motivate them and help them along the road to achieving their goals. My many years as a teacher qualify me to assist you or your student with Elementary Math, Reading, Writing, Phonics, English Grammar and Syntax, Arithmetic, Math, English, Middle School Math, Elementary School Math, High School English, College English, and Test Prep. If standardized testing is on the calendar, I'm experienced in tutoring students for ISEE- Lower Level, ISEE- Middle Level, SSAT- Elementary Level, and SSAT- Middle Level. I can also help non-English speaking students of any age with ESL/ELL. Beyond the classroom, I am an organic gardener who likes cooking new vegan dishes, singing, and spending time outside enjoying nature. I continue to write and am working on a new children's book.
